When you contact us via WhatsApp or place an order, we may collect:

• Name and phone number (via your WhatsApp profile)

• Content of messages exchanged with our assistant (items ordered, notes, delivery address)

• Delivery address, when applicable to the order

• Basic website browsing data (e.g., pages visited), without third-party tracking cookies

• Process and confirm food and delivery orders

• Communicate about order status (preparation, out for delivery, etc.)

• Answer questions about the menu, hours, and location

• Improve our customer service and the automated assistant's performance

We do not use your information for third-party advertising and we do not sell your data.

Our ordering assistant runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you message our number, your messages are processed by that platform so we can receive and respond to them. Meta acts as our messaging infrastructure provider and handles this data under its own privacy policy, available at whatsapp.com/legal/business-policy and facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with: (a) Meta/WhatsApp, as the provider of the messaging platform used for customer service; and (b) when necessary, with our internal team to prepare and deliver your order.

We keep conversation and order history for as long as necessary for customer service and internal order tracking, for up to 12 months, unless you request deletion sooner.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. Messages exchanged via WhatsApp are protected by the platform's own end-to-end encryption.

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you.

To request deletion of your data, send the message 'DELETE MY DATA' to our ordering WhatsApp (857) 389-3612, or call our contact phone (857) 312-4606 stating your request. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
