We are a food truck selling Brazilian food (skewers and complete meals) in Everett, Massachusetts. Orders can be placed in person or through our WhatsApp assistant.

Orders placed via WhatsApp are subject to item availability and the food truck's operating hours. Payment is made at pickup or delivery, using the payment methods accepted on-site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of item unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order.

By messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to receive automated replies from our assistant and messages related to your order (confirmation, status, delivery). You may end the conversation at any time; to stop receiving messages, send 'STOP'.

You agree not to use our website or WhatsApp assistant for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including sending spam or attempting to overload our customer service system.

The Passarela Espetinho name, our logo, photos, and website content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and accuracy of information on our website and through WhatsApp service, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta platform instability) or outdated menu information, which is subject to change without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
