Our Story

REAL BARBECUE, THE BRAZILIAN WAY

Passarela Espetinho brings real Brazilian food to Everett, Massachusetts. Every skewer is seasoned with care and grilled to order over open flame — authentic Brazilian barbecue, just like back home in Brazil.

Come try our picanha, marinated chicken, linguiça sausage and rib skewers — served with freshly toasted farofa.

Our Way

NO SAUCE, NO SHORTCUTS

Brazilian barbecue skips the bottled barbecue sauce. It's coarse salt, real fire, and the right time on the coals — the flavor comes from the meat itself.

No fork needed. Pull it straight off the skewer, the way it's eaten on the street in Brazil — standing up, by hand, still smoking hot.

What are your hours?
We're open Tuesday through Sunday, from 5pm to 11pm. We're closed on Mondays.
What is an espetinho?
It's Brazilian street barbecue. Seasoned chunks of meat on a bamboo skewer, grilled over open flame when you order. One skewer is a single serving, eaten straight off the stick.
Do you deliver?
Not yet, but delivery is coming soon. For now, message us on WhatsApp to order ahead and pick up at the truck.
Do you take cards?
Yes. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
What comes with a dinner plate?
Rice, farofa, Brazilian-style vinaigrette (diced tomato, onion & pepper in vinegar), and boiled cassava, plus one or two skewers of your choice.
Where are you located?
